I was feeling sorry for the pooch, until we turned onto fillmore where there are a plethora of dogs with owners going to the coffee shop. Then he started growling and barking.
Methinks there were reasons for the muzzle.

Practical reason: wanna be taggers are less likely to deface property that has a mural or art already there.
In San Francisco, property owners have to promptly cover grafitti or face a 500 dollar fine every time. So, having a mural is a money saving tactic.

restaurant at night
Unfortunately, it closed recently.
Frankly, it was too highbrow for me - I only went once. If it only served simple thai dishes, Idve been there far more often.
