Nope, every day on Hollywood Blvd and Highland, by the Grumman and Kodak Theaters.

People dress up in costume as movie and tv characters, and tourists take pictures with them.

You see everything from Iron Man, Catwoman, SpongeBob and even Cinderella. No Disney characters for some reason tho.

Many of them are simply unemployed actors, many of them are unemployed actors with drug habits.
