It happens

While covering the Berkeley Farmer's Market Beer and Blues Fest today, Stella the camera died.

This event was unexpected but anticipated, considering its daily use and abuse.

Although the cause of its demise is suspected to be SIBI related (Something Is Broke Inside), It is considered only "out of commission" until an autopsy is performed within the next few days.

No replacement camera is expected for the forseeable future.

A total of 17,205 images were taken from coast to coast.

Unpublished and old images will be shown in the interim.
