LA Quote
Love this quote about LA I just saw in a profile of novelist and LA magazine lit critic Steve Erikson:
With the way I am, this is probably why I think Im fitting into LA. Who woulda thunk?
And I do agree that it can drive you crazy in very very short order.

It gets out of the way. I think the disadvantage for people who have no idea what they want to do is that LA can make you crazy. But it leaves everyone to their own devices or to their own fantasies. It encourages the individual fantasy instead of this overriding civic fantasy."
With the way I am, this is probably why I think Im fitting into LA. Who woulda thunk?
