Catfish and hushpuppies dinner

Nowhere near the sublime catfish and hushpuppy dinners I had in Mississippi (freshly ground sweet corn hushpuppies and just from the holding pond catfish), but fresh catfish - which is always good.
(Fresh catfish curls up at the corner of the filets when cooked.)

Tim the Photographer in LA
My friend Tim came in to do a shoot over the weekend and we spent a few hours catching up.
We worked together in Chelsea for master photographer David Wagner in the 90's. He taught me one of the two main lessons I learned on how to use a camera (how to spotmeter for exposure),as we shared a late night cab barrelling home to Brooklyn through Canal Street.
It's nice when my East Coast peeps come to visit me out West. Out here, they dont UNDERSTAND me. :)
