F-4 Phantom
I was lucky to get this shot, as it was doing a sneak pass just under the speed of sound, so you didnt hear it until went past.
One thing you cannot convey in a picture is how fast the F4 is and how much thunder it makes, truly ground shaking when flying this low and fast.
50 years later, it is still bad-ass.
Flying in one is on my fantasy bucket-list.

Second Spring
In the Las Vegas valley, spring comes several times a year: at the usual time when it starts to warm up - and then when things cool down again. Buds sprout, flowers bloom, bees hum. Basically, nature tries to cram a lot of things during the times when it is not brutally hot or cold.

H2O
Weirdest thing, in a more humid environment, that cup wouldve been covered in water spots, but in the dry desert, its all evaporating away.
Thats why you wont feel as if youre sweating when youre outside in the heat, but go inside you find yourself instantly sweating buckets.

Edwina and Michael
@ Ceasars Palace. :)
Long story short, I randomly met a couple in wedding garb and shot them Vegas style. My good deed.

Testing 4G speeds on my phone
One of the primary reasons I got the HTC EVO phone was because of its 4G and hotspot capabilities.
At first, it was disappointing because A) Sprint charges 30 bux more for the hotspot capabilities and B) the 4G speeds were so subpar and unreliable that it was easier (and faster!) to simply use 3G.
Since I work for the 4G provider and know intimately what the network is capable of, my and coworkers opinion was that Sprint was capping 4G speeds to the phone.
However, nearly 2 months and a major update later, speeds have improved. It still has issues when mobile, but boy howdy is it faster, on par with what one gets with my company's experience. I am much happier now.
