Me rockin' the Lava Lava

I saw the Lava Lava - the traditional Samoan clothes wrap and decided I had to have it.

I put it on, and the old guy exclaimed "YOU LOOK LIKE A CHIEF!!".

Heh.

But interestingly as I walked thru the meet, 3 other people said the same thing, including an old Nigerian gguy, who told me all about some of the Nigerian tribal traditions and said I looked like a Nigerian chief.

One of them suggested that maybe I was from one of the pacific islands in a former life.

Heh, I just have the Samoan gut. :)
