Cold logic is for math problems and science projects -- not for introducing new people into your life! The next time that you're stuck in a large social group with little warning, do not put up your guard and try to size people up before you open up. Walk into the room with your mind and heart wide open. It is time to let your warmth and compassion do the talking. They create and inspire much more interesting conversations than analysis and critical thinking ever could.
I'll keep that in mind today.
