Theyre a pain to work on, with innumerable screws, breakable plastic bits and fragility.
Taking them apart, you have to be careful and organized, making sure nothing is lost, broken or done out of order.. Putting them back together, its the same, but double checking that youre not missing anything. And dont sneeze.
Mac laptops are worse, much worse, with non-standard fasteners, proprietary parts and no public service manuals. Apple doesnt want The Unwashed Masses messing with their products.
Oh yeah, and I have a Mac laptop I need to work on. O_0
